Since 2011 Oliver Wolff leads VDV including several subsidiaries.
Having completed his studies in public administration and achieved the final state examination in law, he was administrator of Rheinisch-Bergisch District and manager of its Business Development Agency. As Head of department in the Ministry for Transport of Northrhine-Westphalia (NRW), he was responsible for air traffic, railways, shipping, public transport and fundamental mobility issues.
He also acted as Vice President of the German Tourism Association and Vice President of the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER). In his free time, Oliver Wolff enjoys climbing on this world’s mountains.
