Jenny Rainbird, Head of EU Project Delivery, Inlecom Commercial Pathways MBA. Jenny is a prince-certified project management professional who joined Inlecom following a contract delivering transformational programmes to the Metropolitan Police. Jenny began her career in the Royal Navy serving in the communications and signals division. Jenny has over 22 years of experience coordinating and managing EU funded research projects, predominantly in the areas of security, maritime operations and transport. Jenny has many years experience in security related projects and in handling EUCI. She was the coordinator for SUPPORT (Security Upgrade for Ports), the Security Representative for EUROSKY (Single European Secure Air-cargo Space) and on the Security Scrutiny Committee for iPATCH (Intelligent Piracy Avoidance using Threat detection and Countermeasure Heuristics). Jenny is currently the Coordinator and Project Security Officer for PRECINCT (Preparedness and Resilience Enforcement for Critical INfrastructure Cascading Cyberphysical Threats and effects with focus on district or regional protection).
