Annabelle HUET works in UITP’s European Department as their Expert in Legal Affairs. Annabelle is seconded by UTP (French public transport association) on a part time basis where she works in the Legal and European Affairs department. Within UITP, Annabelle works on and specialises in various topics such as public service contracts and market-related affairs, digitalisation and other access to data initiatives.

    1 Regulation and 28 interpretations : understanding the organisation of public transport in the EU

    Regulation 1370/2007 is at the core of how all public transport services are organised in the EU. If the Regulation provides the basic framework for the organisation of those services, each country is free to implement it differently according to local specificities. UITP will present the underlying methodology of the tool it created that allows for a comparative analysis of its implementation.
