Peter Hafmar has been the Managing Director of Nobina Technology AB, which is the innovation and development company of the Nobina group, since 2017. After starting his career in the aircraft industry, he moved to the automotive industry where he held a broad variety of positions, from Marketing Manager, Quality Director to Head of Development and Head of Product Management. In 2016 he joined Nobina Technology with the responsibility of starting up the development of their autonomous systems. Focusing on partnerships with several strategic partners, the work led up to the start of the first test of autonomous vehicles on public road in Scandinavia. Today Nobina runs the first three autonomous buses fully integrated in a traditional public transport system with the plan to soon expand further.
