Jeff is a Principal and leader of Perkins&Will’s global Transportation design practice with over 15 years of experience. Through his commitment to design excellence, Jeff’s passion is to create buildings that are more than just a transit exchange, but rather landmarks and multi-use community hubs that support ridership and benefit the greater urban environment.
Jeff’s leadership ensures a dynamic cross-pollination of design innovation and lessons learned between global project teams. His project experience includes multiple SkyTrain stations in Vancouver, and currently leading the design and delivery of Montreal’s Réseau express métropolitain (REM) and Ottawa’s Stage 2 LRT stations.
Jeff has provided local and international design and advisory services to transit authorities contemplating P3/DB procurements including GO Transit’s Design Excellence Guidelines, station designs for Ottawa’s Confederation Line, prototypes for Riyadh’s Metro and BRT, and providing design excellence compliance evaluation for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
