His responsibilities include administering the annual budget of 1.4 billion USD in both short and long-term perspectives. He focuses on strategic investments in zero-emission vehicles and power supply contracts, as well as efficiently allocating funds to support operational and maintenance requirements. He is also a researcher and lecturer with over ten years teaching microeconomics and doing research focused on pricing and optimal design of public transport networks.
