Daniel Benitez is Senior Economist at Transport Global Practice of the World Bank since 2006. He also leads a Global Solution Group at the Bank on Public-Private Partnerships. His work involves both analytical and advisory services on infrastructure economics, policy, and financing primarily in Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia. Daniel has also an extensive experience on computable general equilibrium analysis and utility regulation as researcher at the Center for Economic Regulation in Argentina. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toulouse.
