Professional, strategist, and activist working for former UN climate chief Christiana Figueres on Mission 2020— a global campaign to drive urgent climate action by 2020. Passionate about accelerating climate action and building a sustainable, liveable planet. She is currently working on the Climate Summit with the UNSG’s team, spearheading their youth engagement and public mobilisation efforts. Previously, based in San Francisco embedded within the Office of Governor Jerry Brown where she served as the Deputy Director of Policy for the Global Climate Action Summit. Several years before that, she served as the Director of the Climate Action 2016 Summit in Washington D.C. From 2014-2016, she was a member of the climate team that advised United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and helped to deliver the historic Paris Agreement.
