We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion at the Summit.
We proudly feature a gender-balanced, international lineup of speakers from 110 countries. More than 40% of our congress speakers are female, reflecting our dedication to gender equality in the public transport sector.
Since implementing a Diverse Panel Charter in 2021, UITP has eliminated men-only panels, doubled the number of women speakers, and ensured significant female representation on our boards.
